Under new Management since July 2009,  This Privately-Owned, Independent Establishment continues a tradition that began in 1991, and has become a local Landmark in the City of Reno.

Our Legendary Chicken is delivered fresh and whole daily to our kitchen.  We then hand-cut and marinate each piece for extra flavor and tenderness, then dip in our own Secret Batter Mix and carefully fry in premium, No Trans-Fat Oil until golden brown to perfection.

We have recently expanded our Menu to include Hand-Smoked and Slow-Cooked Baby Back and Ribs; Barbequed Pulled-Pork and tender Beef Brisket; Charbroiled Rib-Eye Steak sandwich; and, juicy Angus Beef Burgers cooked over an Open Flame for extreme flavor.  Our new Citrus Vinaigrette Grilled Chicken Salad and Fish and Chips Platter are also becoming popular favorites.
